Send Some Flowers

The Molly McButters style cannot be denied. It's apple pie cooling on the windowsill. It's homemade bread. It's needlepoint welcome signs. It quaint, crafty, and warm. And now Molly will have some notes just her style.

Salutations' latest offering are these darling floral-patterned note cards. Yes, I said darling. Inspired by color palettes of the '70's and iconic flowers reminiscent of some danish kitchen drawer liners, these little dears come to you in packages of 25. That's five of each design. "X" Marks the Greeting

Riding the wave of the postcard, Salutations is proud to bring you its first set of greetings for a broad range of occasions. Half the fun of sending these cards is the option to wish the recipient a variety of things, warm-hearted or snarky. Just place your "X" in the hexagon to the left of each item. With a wide open box below, you're also given the opportunity to write an extra little message to make things personal.

What's the other half of fun, you ask? Well, you can mix and match orders of these fine notes. Available in packs of 20 or 60, you'll always have a note for a boss, coworker, barista or 3rd uncle on hand. If you're not the type to send out a Thanksgiving card, not to worry. Get a pack without 'em. Want nothing but Halloween cards? I can do that for you. Half Birthday, half Valentines?... You get the idea.

Oh, so you saw those lil' tags to the right, eh? Those are available, too, and the same mix-n-match law applies. Complete your greetings with a matching gift tag adorning your parcel. Here, take a closer look:

Happy Holidays

This year, I had the good fortune to get engaged. Amidst all of the planning, scheduling, contacting, and renting, I tried to squeeze out a design for our first Christmas card. For the past few years, it's been a theme of mine to design myself for this project, pretentious as that may seem. Well, in keeping with that theme, I jumped at the chance to sketch in Fiancé Knowles. So here we are, retro and all. Those who know me also know that I enjoy a good ride on the bike, hence the steed of steal. Take a look:

I designed my greetings to postcard size, which is great since postcard stamps are 28 cents. Not to mention the green aspect of conserving paper by not using envelopes.
